By guns aren't even close to 17" at all. It's actually 15 or 14.5. It's an illusion or effects, I tend to press my arms against my body so it looks bigger..lol. About my stats, I am not strong at all, I curl 50 to 55's dumbbells but strict/good form on 45's and 40's.

Wow, your new progress picture is amazing and it looks like you gain lots of muscle. What are your lifts? You must be training heavy for those shoulders.

Can't do much this week, all light training. I pull my middle back muscle at work and now stretching, icy hot patches, and massages.

Thanks for the comment. Yeah, I look jacked with some shadows around. Anyway, yes, I do weights and cardio. Most of my weight training is more like a circuit/superset and also less rest time, only 30 sec.

I am not that big at all. If flex, my arms are 14.5 inch. That's it. Just train hard/smart, eat properly. You don't need roids, just supplements and foods.

I take optimum whey protein, green mag creatine, white flood, and multi pro 32x. I was taking size on but switch to green mag recently.
