How I Started: I started working out primarily because I got a job at the gym as an undergrad...and all the other kids were buff!!

Basically I ate like crap and didn't exercise at all throughout med school and gained about 60 lbs.

I started hitting the gym again late last year pretty inconsistently. Right now I am pretty motivated...just came back from vacation and I look like a blimp in every pic ha ha...

This shite has got to go...

so I've been working nights for the last two weeks and basically my entire exercise and nutrition regimen has come to a screeching halt.

I go to work at seven pm and come home at about nine am. By the time I get up it's about 3:30 - 4:00. I dragged myself to the gym a couple of times but...

i meant, you ll lower Body fat percentage without burning the muscle. try low intensity cardio, don't get your HR too high. goodluck:)

Thanks for the message - My Strength is coming back pretty quick, however I am finding I am not recovering as quickly from my work outs. Today, I suffered during a short run and skipped chest and triceps. I'll hit it tommorrow afternoon. Later

Hey man, thank you very much for the nice comments. I do not follow a specific diet, I just try to horde meat whenever I get the chance (because meat contains protein, which is important). I take whey protein after football workouts. Your profile pic makes you look crazy strong, like a linebacker.
