Hey man. Thanks for checking in... you were right. A little patience goes a long way. I'm dropping some weight now all of a sudden. Decided instead of giving up, to just keep givin' er and I'm starting to see the fruits of my labor. Now I'm thinking of doing some heavier lifting instead of high reps low weight. What do you think? Should I just keep going with what I'm doing?

u missed the fight??? it was a blood bath! i was worried for him at first cuz he didnt take it like he usually does but then he did the job. it was a good one. i Dana is just beside himself because after seeing that fight you cant help but see $$$ signs . . . got to see Big John again . . . poor guy. never should have left Dana . . . lol!

i hope ur watching the Fedor fight 2nite on CBS! i am a big fan considering im half russian. if you google him you can watch a ton of utubes that just show what an insane take down he has. i hope that he wins then will feel more comfortable to take Dana up on one of his offers. I would love to see him fight in the UFC. i know he would be able to take Brock (aka BLOCKHEAD) as i lovingly call him . . .

i love Marcus! He is a big softie with an infectious laugh . . . im getting annoyed though that they keep dangling the Kimbo fight but it never seems to happen. again they insinuate next week when cry baby has another injury. we shall see. also, i now am full blown disgusted with rampages behavior. what is wrong with him?!?!?!?! he is like a child . . .

Thanks for the comment. Yesterday I was working those appendages below my waste. Today it's the front and back of my arms and tomorrow it'll be the side thingys and the other side thingys that are sort of up and toward the back. LOL.

Jeff, I notice that you put up some pics, but not much that you can really track progress over time with. I regret not taking shirtless pics from the start, and strongly advise taking those if you aren't now. Not that you have to post them on BS, but at least take them. Later on when you've kicked much ass, you can post them as a point of pride. Take 'em today if you haven't, I mean it.
