My long term fitness goals would be to do the best I can in the IFBB. I’ve always dreamed of being on the Olympia stage. Hopefully, that will dream will someday come true!
My goals are pretty much the same as last year...get my body into peak condition both physically/healthwise and aesthetically. Get to 16% bodyfat. Wear shorts without thunder thighs. Get my skin glowing! Get my groove back!

Finally I got rid of ALL the negativity ( coughboyfriendcough) that was holding me back. As of now i'm not training to compete,hopefully by this summer i'll be ready. Right now my only goal is to continue with eating clean and keep up with my cardio.
Photoshoots in Fort Lauderdale next weekend (11-22-09) Starting to lean out again! Thank God! Tight waist and abs are popping again! Legs are slimming down even more, too! :) YEAH...wooo hoo!
