i've been active my whole live and i can do my job perfectly but that's at 225lbs so i want to see what i can do at about 195 to 200 and lean.
Why I Love It:

i want to mantain strengh and muscle but i need to loose about 25 lbs. i have very little time for cardio but the gym is not a problem. i do high reps but i just keep gaining weight. i have never used supplements so i'm not sure how to go about diet pills and mantain all the water i need for my daily schedule here in iraq.
