start 12, then 10, then 8, then 6.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Not very long, cause i think about it too much if i do.

Thanks Ryan :0) A basic clean diet. Lots of fresh fish, cream of wheat, veggies with olive oil, low carb protein shakes. I pretty much eliminated any product with sugars more than 4g per serving. Play with the carbs to see what works for you. Hope that helps.
