Got fed up with not having the body I should have and finally took steps to pursue it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, especially when I push myself, feeling that "pain" it's awesome.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodyspace is an awesome motivation. Seeing all these people on here taking care of themselves, looking fit and feeling good - would love to be part of that.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Between 6 - 12 reps and I like to do about 4 sets that way I know I'm getting that pump and I'm taxing my muscles as much as possible without over doing it.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Sometimes 30 seconds sometimes 1 minute sometimes I just do another exercise in between to keep my heart rate up.

Well I'll be back on my diet and training starting Monday 30th. I'm shooting to lean out to about 175. that's 20 lbs folks. I run 4-5 days a week after weight training. I usually go for 15-20 minutes. Diet is key and my weight training is insane so I am always burning fat.
