Got fed up with not having the body I should have and finally took steps to pursue it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, especially when I push myself, feeling that "pain" it's awesome.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodyspace is an awesome motivation. Seeing all these people on here taking care of themselves, looking fit and feeling good - would love to be part of that.

This is me 2 years ago, I just started working out, but I wasn't eating right. I wasn't to serious though. So horrible.
At 197 after 2 weeks of not working out gonna get back in there tomorrow though cant wait...I need it
I want to be proud of my health and my body as I get older. I want to be lean and tight. When I come out of my shirt - yeah I'll admit it - I want some WOWs and some "oh mys". I want to set a good example.
I want to be part of the small percent of people who have a six pack. And you know these days that's a very, very small percent.
Between 6 - 12 reps and I like to do about 4 sets that way I know I'm getting that pump and I'm taxing my muscles as much as possible without over doing it.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Sometimes 30 seconds sometimes 1 minute sometimes I just do another exercise in between to keep my heart rate up.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Oh yeah today is gonna be a tough one. I'm very cranky and I havent had any sugar or bread for the last 4 days, the people at work are getting on my nerves. I was about to have a moment of weakness where I was gonna eat a bagel with cream cheese, but I didnt do it....victory. I've run out...
