How I Stay Motivated: Bodyspace is an awesome motivation. Seeing all these people on here taking care of themselves, looking fit and feeling good - would love to be part of that.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Between 6 - 12 reps and I like to do about 4 sets that way I know I'm getting that pump and I'm taxing my muscles as much as possible without over doing it.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Sometimes 30 seconds sometimes 1 minute sometimes I just do another exercise in between to keep my heart rate up.

Oh yeah today is gonna be a tough one. I'm very cranky and I havent had any sugar or bread for the last 4 days, the people at work are getting on my nerves. I was about to have a moment of weakness where I was gonna eat a bagel with cream cheese, but I didnt do it....victory. I've run out...
