Got fed up with not having the body I should have and finally took steps to pursue it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, especially when I push myself, feeling that "pain" it's awesome.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodyspace is an awesome motivation. Seeing all these people on here taking care of themselves, looking fit and feeling good - would love to be part of that.
BB Accomplishments:
I actually posted a shirtless pic so everybody can see, not as weird as I thought it would be.

Trying to get shredded before I hit the big 3-0 got 5 months.
Goal (Long):
I want to be proud of my health and my body as I get older. I want to be lean and tight. When I come out of my shirt - yeah I'll admit it - I want some WOWs and some "oh mys". I want to set a good example.
I want to be part of the small percent of people who have a six pack. And you know these days that's a very, very small percent.
Your level of fitness is awesome. And your personality shines threw. Your very consistent as well, something I that I'm striving for in my training and diet habits.
Between 6 - 12 reps and I like to do about 4 sets that way I know I'm getting that pump and I'm taxing my muscles as much as possible without over doing it.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Sometimes 30 seconds sometimes 1 minute sometimes I just do another exercise in between to keep my heart rate up.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Ever since Daylight Savings, I've been tired, but I have still been hitting the gym, doing my cardio like I'm supposed to:). I have also incorporated stair training. I was inspired to do this when I spoke to someone, so I said why the heck not. It's actually pretty simple, the goal is to ONLY...
