How I Started:
An older friend of mine used to bodybuild and he got me involved and showed me the ropes. I have allways loved and admired muscle - I started traning with some friends and the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
So many reasons - lifestyle and social aspects mainly, its the only sport that I do really.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a long term goal in mind. To stay 100% natural..!!

Weren't u on a cut for the past 3 months?
So, u didnt decrease the calorie, rather u just ate the same calorie, but more often and cleaner?
People here advice me to decrease weights and do more reps during cutting tho.
Do u do lots of cardio?
