How I Started:
Went to gym to supplement Martial arts training, mainly cardiovasular and upper body strength.
Why I Love It:
Working out helps my Karate training and makes me feel better about myself through having more energy and developing a better body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay focused by focusing why I train and what I want to acheive which is a strong, muscular physique but that is also flexible.

To use gym workout to supplement normal Karate training to increase body strength, muscle building and stamina but also develop flexibility. I can then use Karate training to develop skill.
