blushblush Hi! I read your profile and it sounds similar 2 my life story. i hav been in d gym since forever but dont hav d body 2 prove it lol. I also started off wit aerobics, now i only do weights (i now officialy hate aerobics). I am tired starting over 2 lose weight and get d body I want. Anyway, i am motivated in a new way now cause i think i c where I was going wrong in the past.So hopefully by d end of April or sooner I could lose about 15-20 pounds and look great. guest You look great..the best thing on working on your diet is to eat 5 times a day with small amounts at each time period.. this is what ive found works best! Hope this Helps Feb 7, 2010 3:23pm
