Lose the excess bodyfat, gain some godd density in my muscles and improve my strength and cardiovascular health.
Goal (Long):
I want to get rid of the chocolate and chips induced body fat that smothers my muscles. I have put on a good 14-16lbs of real muscle in the last year or two but it doesn't look so good when you have a stubborn 30+% bodyfat!!!!
I have gradually got 'fatter' over the last five years and it's becoming harder and harder to shift as i get older.
I love food which doesn't help. I like junk but I LOVE GOOD FOOD..... and i like good portions. They just don't like me! LOL
I eat 5-6 times a day, small portions but find it hard to loose weight. I'm one of those who gains muscle easily but also adds the same amount of fat too.
I hope that in a year or two i can have a physique to be proud of. Fingers crossed.
You are building a very good body and I compliment you on your hard work and determination. Keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be and I will enjoy being able to watch your progress. I wish you much success.
