How I Started: i started up the end of my junior year. i was frustrated with a girl and working out was my outlet. i fell in love with working ever since.
Why I Love It: it keeps me confident. it keeps me in shape. it keeps me good with the ladies :)
How I Stay Motivated: ugh.. i lose motivation probably once every 2 or 3 months.. i stop for a bit..then feel guilty and work hard again... my strategy seems to work well
BB Accomplishments: when i was 16 i was 113lbs and stood 5'3.
