Have done some weight trainning in the past but never stuck at it, but lately iv put on to much weight and dont like my body as it is. so im starting over again to get that ripped body iv always wanted

Just love the way a good work out makes u feel and the pump u get from a hard session

Read flex, muscle and fitness mags, websites like this one, listenin to music that just makes u wana rip ur top of and train til u drop

just had my bodyfat done and its 17% iv lost a little bit of weight over the past few months so it was highier then this iv been slacking alot and not sticking to my goals sorry people for this but i think its time to let myself now whos in control the beast or the fatty

monday is my chest and back day do alot with my flat bench, cables and bar takes about an hour to complete then 30 mins of cardio with my step machine.
tuedays is my legs and abs day leg curls, squats and crunches make up most of this session with a 10min cardio/warm dowm...
hay ppl trainnings goin good got my fat loss stack 2day so gona start that asap, it works out that itl last a month so see how i get on and il buy it again for the month after, then il b lookin to build on my muscle and get a freaky lean muscle look cant wait got one hell of a buzz from doin my weights into my third week and i feel GREAT :0)))))))
At th begin of next month iam buyin th Combo: Advanced Fat Loss Stack gone get two of em and stack em together so i can use the max doseage 4 about6-8weeks gona use Gaspari Nutrition Novedex XT, 60 Capsules(x2) and Met-Rx Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris, 90 Capsules (x2) is there anything else i should know b4 i start this 6-8weeks cycle any info would b really useful
