How I Started:
I was a fat kid but I started playing how i got started...again!!!sports and got fit and I loved it. Then I started going to the gym every day at 5am before high school in addition to 2 hour practices after school for volleyball, etc.
Why I Love It:
The rush, I feel strong, I feel empowered. And when I am consistent I look f'ing hot!

Goal (Long):
I was a fat kid, then I slimmed out playing sports hitting weights every morning 5am, then all I did was drink and I got fat again, then slim then fat then built and now jumbo sized again. I actually gained 20 lbs. when I started working as a personal trainer...not good. So here I am again and I'm just lost. I know what to do, I know a lot about losing fat, building muscle and eating right but I can't keep it together. I need the experience strength and hope of people who've been there but who have kept the weight off for a LONG period of time because I do not have any clue how to do it!
what is it going to take is the question?? i can literally feel the fat today cause i haven't worked out in 3 days.. i used to be one of those people to be like- i can't even imagine not working out for more than 1 day b/c i feel so gross! this is what happens..once i get out of the...
Well I'll just update this daily b/c I'm kind of going with my gut right now as I go. Today I was kind of training other people while working out so didn't get as many sets in buuttt I'm just re-starting so it's all gravy!
