I was always a lightweight, weighing a mere 130lbs. by my senior year of high school. I've wanted to add muscle weight for years and I'm finally figuring out my body to be able to do so.
Why I Love It:
I love working out for a number of reasons: it's a release and a boost of confidence. It also makes you feel extremely healthy and offers the welcoming of compliments, which only drives you further.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is difficult, however I use things like the mirror, professional photos and music (esp. metal) to keep myself motivated.
ah =) Thats nice. I draw whatever I can find. Sometimes paintings, sometimes just on a paper with a pen. I like drawing tattoos. The ones I have on me I drew and then went and got them tattooed. Are you good at drawing?
Thanks man! My book is in the final stages. It took me a year to write my book back in 2005 but the publisher backed out and now i'm doing the self publishing. The book will be from my wreck through my college graduation when I walked (My Journey Video). If the book does good i'll write a 2nd one from when I got involved in Wheelchair Bodybuilding and telling how I got it to the IFBB Pro Rankings and more. Because it is hell for me to write LOL
No it actually made made me stop writing. It is getting better though my ex might want me back and I have only one word and that is NO, but with working out, it has made me to top feeling sorry for myself.
Thank you for the kind and uplifting encouragement Shaun, I appreciate that and the friendship invite. Best wishes to you too - nice to have you as a friend,
Jen
