PackOnMuscle I'm 15 No rest between ab sets. Instead the the plank until failure in between each exercise, it is rigorous and the entire workout should only last 30 minutes. The key to abs is low body fat. Eat right and do plenty of cardio. - Cheers May 1, 2008 8:40pm
