I started to feel really uncomfortable in my own skin and the clothes I wore. I realized at that point that being overweight is not an option.
Why I Love It:
Love the confidence and rush that comes along with working out. Also, staying healthy is a big time motivator. Healthy heart, healthy life!

My fitness goal is to get down to 20% body fat and get more muscle definition primarly in the abdominal area.
Goal (Long):
I can say that I am addicted to exercise. But I am also a fan of food. I have always wanted definition in my abs so therefore I need to work on making better food choices. My goal is to weigh 145lb and to first reach 20% body fat. Once I am there, then I will strive for another percentage.
