Goal (Long):
(I couldn't think of anything specific, so i'm just going to change the short example provided to my liking.)
All of my life, I have been wanting to have a body that (is not physically disgusting to absolutely everyone.) When I was a child, I would look up to (The X-Men) and wish that i could be as (badass) and muscular as (them.) I don't want to settle for being average. I want to have a (24) pack (I know it's there somewhere, underneath all of the damage I've already done thanks to Taco Bell) and to feel confident around (non-slutty) women. I want my arms to bulge under (women.) I would like to be (not fat) with (whatever percentage that's not fat) bodyfat, and be able to (not die) on the bench press. I know full dedication I can do this in the next (24) months.
in that section you'll find everything to help develop your nutritional knowledge, and help figure out how you wanna go about achieving your goals. If you don't do anything now, any diet tactic will work initially, but eventually it becomes trial and error until you find what your body responds to, there's no easy way its work, you can do it tho
bodybuilding.com nutrition section, not sure exactly where its located but you'll find it. You enter your height, weight, age and activity level and it'll give you your BMR, take that number divide by 5 or 6 how ever many meals you wanna eat daily and you'll know how much to eat per sitting.
well first you made the decision to do something about your overall fitness, now you need to become dedicated to it. First things first, the wieghts and cardio is only 10% of it, diet is 90%. You need to figure out what your base metabolic caloric intake is. From there develop a diet strategy.
