How I Started:
My friend puerto_rock(Account Name) is a fitness freak! He loves working out. He motivated me into going into the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I am seeing small improvements every time I finish working out. I can also picture myself in the future.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard staying motivated, but I do by thinking about how easy it is to workout and how its going to be a short day if I do workout and I look forward to eating a lot after a workout. If I don't work out I wont eat what I like.
BB Accomplishments:
I increased my biceps size from 14 to 16 inches in a matter of 2 1/2 months

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I was injured for two weeks. I was doing pull ups and my neck first started hurting, and then it transferred to my lower back.

im out or protein!!!!!!!! I gotta eat twice as much now! it sucks cuz i feel like crap everyday. Its hard getting the right nutrients where im at. So I just eat whatever I get my hands on. Oh and I bruised my back the other day. I think i've been over working too much. I might take a week off...
