Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein I spend 2-3 hours, 4-5 times a week in the gym... Usually run on the treadmill 3-5 miles, and then do the elipticals 3-5 miles as well. I figure that as much as I workout, taking protein would probably be a good idea.
