How I Started:
I always was involved into the gym. I was always looking up facts on the internet. I was either running or doing push ups in my room. Finally I got a stable job and now I'm at Fitness Edge.
Why I Love It:
It releases a lot of stress and I love the feeling of burning fat and being sore in the morning! =)
How I Stay Motivated:
Always on the internet looking up pictures or different supplements I want to try, also reading Men's Fitness and Looking up different routines and exercises to try the next day.

Well I know exactly what you mean...I had an almost full-time job my last year of high school and two part-time jobs during some of college...everyone thought it wouldn't work, but it did...even finished school early! You can definitely do it :) Have anything fun going on this weekend?

yes, you have to take them. They are a must. Sorry, I knew but I thought that you may have known as well. I am still smiling have my days but trying to keep it there lol. I have been eating clean, don't really get hungry though so I am forcing it :/ but yeah its all good on my end :) I am glad to hear that you have been doing great as well, but yes PLEASE stay on top of it and get better! You have this!!!

Haha, I can't do pull-ups either...have to do pull-downs until I get stronger. I'm doing good...just did some boring running this morning, so I'm looking forward to weights tomorrow...except I have to do lunges which I hate LOL

That's what's up! Sometimes you gotta do whats right for you and your body. Heck all the time. Industry pros hate when I say that because well this is a billion dollar game. making people think they need all this crap. But look at the legends before we had all these supps and steroids and crap. They shredded with good old weights and protein. Thats all I use. You gonna rock it!
