I started lifting to put on weight for water polo in high school. I quickly realized that I enjoyed lifting, and it became an essential part of my life.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
The gym has everything I could possibly want, at least this one does. The only con happens to be the massive number of people who enjoy socializing at the gym while clogging up the space.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
I look for a pull-up bar, a punching bag, free weights, and a nice bar for deadlifts etc. Nautilus machines and kettelbells are a plus as well

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I dislocated my shoulder on Military press while my spot was staring up some girl in the gym. It wasn't too bad though, as I immediately got myself onto a good recovery plan complete with physical therapy, ice, rest.
