I believe real food equals real results that will last a lifetime. Most prepackaged foods will never provide the nutrients you need!
You don't have to be a chef to make good food. You just have to be willing to learn and experiment. Since ditching processed foods, I've learned to embrace the crockpot, oven, and proper meal planning. Optimal word here is "PLANNING!"
I have also found there are healthy alternatives and substitutions to just about everything. So there is really no excuse for bad or improper nutrition. Everyone is busy but with a little work and prioritization, living a healthy lifestyle can be done. Eventually, it will feel like second nature.
