I used Jaime Eason's Live Fit to plan my workouts. There were times, when because of my schedule or unplanned events, that I would have to improvise. For those days, I would use my crossfit app to find a workout. I was also training for a couple of half-marathons so I didn't really have to worry about getting in my cardio.
