How I Started:
Got tired of being nothing but skin and bone. Growing up I never seemed to develop muscularity like all the other guys, probably due to a lot of malnutrition.
Why I Love It:
Aggression channel, health, and being a positive example for my family.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to out-do all the guys who build muscle ten times easier than me.
Add about 10 pounds of muscle and trim the rest of the fat around my waist to let my upper abs show through. To make my wife my workout partner is also on my to-do list, and influencing my daughter to get into sports and fitness at an early age.
Here I finally get some decent gains in on top of burning that stubborn gut fat off and I fall 12 feet off a truck and injure my right shoulder and trap, again! I really don't want to get weak and do legs once a week. Any tips on keeping muscle and minimizing fat gain while I am locked out...
