Lose as much body fat and gain as much mass as I can. And improve my overall health.
Goal (Long):
Get as close to completive bodybuilding shape as I can with out standing on a stage in a banana hammock. As I don't care to ever stand on a stage, but would love to get the shape size to do so. But with out the uses of any "GEAR" if you know what I mean.
