How I Started:
After having my son in 2006 the baby weight didn't want to come off.....I am now bent on getting it off and acheiving a lifelong goal of one day competing.
Why I Love It:
As a child working out was all I knew. I was a gymnast all thru high school, my brother is a professional athlete and I'v always loved the rush working out has and seeing the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is the heaviest I've been and it's time for the me I know I can be to be revealed. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I'm not looking back.

2-3 times a week directly but I try to incorporate core strength in everything by keeping my abs tight throughout my workouts.
