What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Listen to either music dumb loud, look at pics of people I want to look like, and remind myself of my goal Im trying to reach.

Well the compliments are very much appreciated! Hopefully i'll be able to continue to make big changes. Diet is the hardest to control. It's never easy this time of year especially. Kuddos to you on your recent changes. I'm sure you'll find the perfect diet/workout to assist you in the gaining the results you're looking for.

Jus got back from the gym, 3 great things 2day, i increased my weight, a chick introduced herself n said i have a nice frame, n best, a guy that inspired me n the gym told me that my improvements inspired him!

Just got weighed in last night, good n bad results, almost 4lb of muscle gain and almost 1lb of fat gain, workout is workin diet, well my calorie intake is just a little too high then what I need
