First I just wanted to look better, but its also great for where i work, and I hated being weak.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing and feeling the results, and its alot of fun.
How I Stay Motivated:
Making progess keeps me into it. Everytime i get one more rep or 10 more pounds makes me want to go even further the next time. And I'm also proud of the visual results.
BB Accomplishments:
My six pack is coming along... Right now I've also gotten alot stronger, gained about 5 pounds overall, with the loss of some bodyfat as well.

I want to stay lean, work on my 6 pack a little, gain alot more strength and endurance, and a little size.
Goal (Long):
I want to increase my overall atheticism by gaining alot of strength and muscular endurance. Rgiht now I'm able to squat my bodyweight 50 times in one set. But I can also squat 315 10 times per set. On the bench, I can push up around 250-260 probably, and i can also push up 135 about 30 or 40 times in one set, and do about 75 pushups without stopping. With me its not only about the strength and the power, but the endurance to use that strength over and over again. I want to be able to do 25 pull-ups consistantly, be able to bench 225 about 15-20 times in one set, squat even more weight for as many reps as I can with my bodyweight, and still be able to run 3-5 miles in an impressive time. If i could gain about 10 or 15 more pounds overall, and accomplish my other goals, I don't think I could be more satisfied.
i mix it up. some are high rep, some low. gotta keep them guessing

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
about a minute. thats usually all i need

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
for strength, barbell curls have worked best for me, though i use the curl bar cuz my wrists like them better. for peak, i think the preacher curl machine works best for me.
