i got started with a bench with 300lbs of weights and an ez bar i did everything i could with that for 6 months before getting into the gym.
Why I Love It:
Cause i love working hard and sweating and feeling the blood pump through my veins

For the last month i have been trying to put on some serious weight and muscle mass. Imo i have been doing everything to a T. This week i made the decision to go to GNC and purchase Methyl 1-D XL. I hope that adding this supplement to my stack will allow to me reach this goal with out causing...

It's been put on hold for the next 2 - 3 months because I have tendontitis in both arms. So I guess I'll just focus on my weight loss a little more - lose the stuff I gained.
