"Gravitation cannot be held responsible for people falling in love. How on earth can you explain in terms of chemistry and physics so important a biological phenomenon as first love? Put your hand on a stove for a minute and it seems like an hour. Sit with that special girl for an hour and it seems like a minute. That's relativity."--Albert Einstein
Well, I hope you reach your goals and stick with it once you return from TDY! I see it all the time where people say they are going to keep it up but end up becoming fat slobs lol
NO! definately don't do it everyday. You will wear yourself out quick and your body won't progress. Trust me. I've been there. Right now, I'm doing strength 4x's/wk and cardio 5-6 but that's only because of a marathon.
I consider myself a newbe at Ramstein and I got here in November lol. I am currently training for a marathon so running pretty much takes most of my time. How often do you lift?
How's things going? I just finished my 3 day meal plan and dropped 3% BF. Check out my latest two blogs! Heading to Bncoc soon too, you know how the PT testing goes!
