that is awsome.. we do cardio in the afternoons.. we need to be able to defend ourselves so they have mandated PT.. you look so much better with some weight on you too

i am good. we have been doing workouts everyday.. sometimes 2 times a day... getting to up close to the bad guys.. they want us ready
