My Workout Program

My workout program is pretty basic. I try to use supersets to build my strength and endurance. I like to start out my workout with a core lift to really build some power (squats, bench press, military press). I do my abs everytime I go to the gym and I try to fit in my cardio whenever I can. I love my baby mama.

WheyFed If your looking for the full and lean look than do a lot more dumbell press. I do dumbell flat, incline, cable flyes and cable pushups. I do higher reps to activate more fibers, concentrate on the negatives and full contractions. Checkout my cable pushup vid, I use that at the end of my chest days. Dec 19, 2008 12:09pm
