yeah im trying to work on them abs and bulging biceps. im starting to see my beer gut vanish due to abs 4xweek and fatburning cardio 6xweek. hows your training and dieting coming along?

Not during the off season. I only do the mandatory running the Air Force makes me do. During contest prep I do more but I only lose about 10 .lbs so I don'treally overdo it. -Ken

I eat pretty clean year round with a cheat meal on Saturday or Sundays. Pre-Contest I eat even cleanier, less carbs more protein & healthy fats. -Ken
