nothing like hatred but someone who keeps inspiring me to keep pushing it to the max and i can inspire to push them to the max so if you think you need one drop me a message
yeah i feel ya. but my diets going alright i guess for now. ive been eating clean for two weeks straight now. but im trying to mix it up and try different stuff. hows your dieting coming along?
yeah im trying to work on them abs and bulging biceps. im starting to see my beer gut vanish due to abs 4xweek and fatburning cardio 6xweek. hows your training and dieting coming along?
Not during the off season. I only do the mandatory running the Air Force makes me do. During contest prep I do more but I only lose about 10 .lbs so I don'treally overdo it.
