Overall Goal:  Alright, well I am out of the Navy. Starting a new job and now the weight loss is just for me and not the Navy, maybe it will have more meaning and I'll take it seriously now.

Well about to get the boot from the Navy and really starting to lift hard now instead of cardio, ofcourse i will incorporate some cardio.

Very good stress reliever, makes me tired when I come home so I can actually sleep at night.

Hey guy, you actually look like you progressed a bit between the beginning of the month and mid month. Keep up the good work. You got some decent lifts, you should put more of them up on here. Will be watching your progress.

Hey there Jamie, everything is going fine here. I've been in for over 20 now and will retire after my next assignment. Good luck to you and your family. The military is rough on them. I'm married (only once) and have two teenage sons. It's been a good ride.
