How I Started:
I've been working out for years, but never really with a specific focus or plan until recently. I'm committed to remaking my body in the next six months.
Why I Love It:
What is there not to love? Bodybuilding makes you look better, feel better, improves your overall health.
How I Stay Motivated:
About a year ago I was measured at about %25 body fat. I never want to go back to that again. Keeping the flab off definitely motivates me.

Goal (Long):
Though I can't say God gave much to me in the way of body genetics, I know I can improve my body drastically. I'm almost 34 but know with enough determination and hard work, I can get the body I've always wanted. I've made a lot of progress over the years, gradually... For the rest of 2009 I want to train atleast 4 days a week and get in decent cardio. I really want to weigh 180 with just 8-9% body fat someday.
