I always wanted to lift as a middle schooler, looking strong and being strong was one of my goals. Once I started high school I began lifting.
Why I Love It:
I like the progress, and I enjoy the challenge that weight lifting brings...
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror after slacking a few days and realizing that things are going downhill :)

BP my own bodyweight, sounds easy since i am a pretty light guy, but it was a pretty big deal to me.

Today was not a very eventful day, I woke up at about noon to the sound of men cleaning my house windows. This was supposed to be my one day to sleep in (all the other days I have swim practice or I am lifeguarding) but no it was not meant to be. After a not so healthy breakfast of 10 or 11...

assumming your talking freestyle. my thumbs enter water first and i use an "s" pull thru. hope this helps. best to you!
