How I Started: Ive been overweight most of my life and then my doctor told me i had to get healthy, because of an irregular heartbeat. Also I hated the way I felt afterwhile my selfesteem was so low and I knew I had to feel better about myself
Why I Love It: To see my self develop. To also know that nothing is impossible with a drive and determination nothing is an obstacle just a barrier I have to take down.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing myself grow as a person, and watching how much determination I have and my friends have. Also to get compliments also isnt bad lol.
BB Accomplishments: Just to be healthy!!!!!!!!!!!

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Too gain muscle be healthy for the school year where I can't dedicate as much time as I do know in the summer.
Goal (Long): I want overall good health through proper eating and exercise. My parent both have high blood pressure and high cholestorol I want to be the black sheep of the family. By that I mean the healthy one. I want to know my body is in optimum shape to handle anything whatever it may be.

Workout Program:
I like to do at least two main body parts a day.

I like mixing some 5x5 exercises plus pyramids for definition/strength.

My breakdown is as followed

Shoulders/Biceps
Chest/Back
Legs/Tricep

I try to get abs in as often I can.

What's up Jed, I will be posting my ab routines tomorrow evening on my page. As far as diet and nutrition go, I will also be posting a plan on my page very soon. The key is dedication and consistency..Stick to a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet. Check my page tomorrow, I will have more info for you.

well i took it with white blood and i got alot of strength from it it worked real well............ size and sttrength from it i loved it im gonna get the green mag red blood and purple wrath next.
