When I Started: Sep, 2003
How I Started: I got started in bodybuilding because the girl I was dating was a figure competitor, so was her best friend. It also just so happened that her best friends boyfriend was a 250lb walking freak of nature, so when I was with the 3 of them I felt a bit out of place. Between the 3 of them they set me up with a workout program and a diet to follow and the rest is history. I relocated and meet an old school powerlifter and he really got me started. I was instantly hooked and haven't stopped training since.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated: Constantly having something to look forward to or focus on...a new goal to achieve. Wheater it be a lift accomplishment or a competition to do I've always got something I'm working on.
