When I Started:
Sep, 2003
How I Started:
I got started in bodybuilding because the girl I was dating was a figure competitor, so was her best friend. It also just so happened that her best friends boyfriend was a 250lb walking freak of nature, so when I was with the 3 of them I felt a bit out of place. Between the 3 of them they set me up with a workout program and a diet to follow and the rest is history. I relocated and meet an old school powerlifter and he really got me started. I was instantly hooked and haven't stopped training since.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
Constantly having something to look forward to or focus on...a new goal to achieve. Wheater it be a lift accomplishment or a competition to do I've always got something I'm working on.
BB Accomplishments:
5th-2007 NPC Northeast Tournament of Champions Novice Class
6th-2007 NPC Northeast Tournament of Champions- Light Heavyweight Class

Taken 16 weeks out from my competition, I was 245lbs with approximately 17% bodyfat.
I want to continue to add QUALITY MASS and not QUANTITY MASS over the next year so when I compete again in 2009, I will have brought a bigger and better physique to the stage.
It has been awhile! I see you were so kind to drop by and leave such a nice pic comment and rating for me. I must say that you look amazing! Thank you for making my day, and it was nice to hear from you. Hope you'll drop by more often!
Thank you for adding me to your friends, I really appreciate it. Good luck on improving your weak points, wherever they may be haha, you look great already though. Best wishes,
Jen
Your pictures look great, your pictures and your progress pictures show a great evolution to an impressive finish. Keep up the good work and good luck with your contests.
welcome and of course U R right, whether your last comp or last Mr. O. , it's over and have to look forward to bigger and better things ahead. After what you achieved over 16 weeks and with all the time left til next one..QUALITY MUSCLE is guaranteed. Will be a fun ride to watch. Andre
Progress pics showed excellent work adding great definition throughout. Like the attitude regarding last comp and you'll be more than ready to surprise them at the next. Andre
the progress you've made in 14 weeks is astonishing - I kept having to go back to the original photos to check. You look so completely different in the competition pictures. Congratulations - it is a fantastic achievement and one that you deserve to feel proud with.
