I took weight liftin in 10th grade but didn stay in for 11/12 but i wish i have of,i really got back into it once i got into the navy.Most ppl in my job field hit the weigths.
Why I Love It:
Well im 20 and my family genes,well is on the skinny side and i want to change that asap.
How I Stay Motivated:
Other guys motivate me alot.Seeing abs make me burn mines more,etc.But one thing that really motivate me is a goal to play a sport for the navy in 2012.

Im currently in the USN and as much as i love to run theirs nothing better then running track and field for the navy.So yeah im at it non stop to gain the weight then train in ways that to somme may seem impossible but i got faith in every thing i do so plea believe it with no( or not) but just look out in 2012.........just ask y!!!
man ill b training for the next 3 years to run track and field for the navy.....with that being said im tryin to work out my lower body parts.And the thing that stands in the way tha most is my thighs....the dont spand out as much as i want them to....any feed back on how to get them bigger cus...

practice is going well. its hard to keep a good schedule though since my swimming season started. I have swim practice 3-4 times a week and gym 2-3. I take BSN True Mass after my workouts. and sometimes Optimum 100% Cassein before i go to sleep. How's your training going?
Average-high reps. Anywhere between 6 and 12, although I like to keep it around 8. My leg routine looks like this right now:
Squats x4
Front Squats x4
Lunges x3 (each leg)
Leg Extensions x4
Hey thanks man! I hit the weights as hard as I can every day. i'm on a 5 day split so I try my best to obliterate my muscles. And ya I get a pretty insane pump when working out. PWO powder will do that for you :)
for track i've done the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay, 4x200m relay, 4x400m relay, and long jump. those are all the events i've done throughout high school. what about you?
