How I Started:
I just showed general interest in it and started lifting on-off up until this year. So in august of 06' I started training again.
Why I Love It:
When I work out I feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a Diabetic so I want to live a long and healthy life so lifting weights keeps me motivated to stay in shape.. I also would like to compete in a competition one day.
