How I Started: People who were close to me was making comments about me behind my back. I was disgusted with how I looked and felt all the time and I was really tired of the comments people made. I am sick of letting my own body keep me insecure!
Why I Love It: The pump I get! The feeling when you know your body is at its limits and is screaming for you to stop but you push past it! The confidence you gain from this gives you the only respect worth a damn in this world: SELF-RESPECT!
How I Stay Motivated: Think of all the girls and people who never gave me a chance and made fun of me. How disgusted I felt looking in the mirror!
BB Accomplishments: So far I have lost 30 pounds of fat. Slowly but surely I will reach my goals and nothing will stop me!

Workout Program:
I started the ABS Diet.

I do cardio as I wake up before I eat anything. I jog for 30 minutes and for the last 15 I go all out.

I do a full body workout 3 times a week. I train my abs first and I do not lift to gain mass I lift to burn fat!

I do HIT interval cardio training once a week...

Just research everything.. cuz then when I get old enough to take it I know what I'm doing. Plus I know people who have tried most of the stuff and know what works.
