How I Started:
Just want to get healthier, and want my family healthier, would rather lead by example
Why I Love It:
I have only been doing it for a week now, but I have found in just that week, I have more energy during the day, I sleep better at night. I'm not focusing on building mass muscle, i just want to lose weight and tone up while doing it.
How I Stay Motivated:
One day at a time. I have my kids working out with me, and we are trying to eat healthier as well.

Ok...so this has been a really bad week, i have the flu pretty bad. still trying to eat right but nothing tastes good, and most of the time the mere thought of food turns my stomach. I haven't been able to work out cause i've just been too weak to do so, and i honestly think that's just making...
yeah, buffets can be tricky, but i am glad you are doing good. I am doing alright, still working out everyday, starting to notice a change in some parts, definitely getting stronger though. My diet still hasn't gotten to be as solid as i need, but that will work its way out.
