When I Started: Aug, 2004
How I Started: I was just messing around in the gym and soon I started to notice a difference in my body. I got curious and started to become obessed. I study it, live it, breathe it, and sleep it now.
Why I Love It: I feel amazing when I grab a dumbell and see the veins in my arms bludge out. I freakin' love this sh*t!
How I Stay Motivated: Watching pumping iron before a workout. Thinking about what I can become and what I can look like.
BB Accomplishments: My friends are starting to brag about me. That is so awesome. Now I can't let them down, so I am going to compete and be there little show off friend.

Goals:
Main Goal: Improve For A Sport
Goal (Short): I want to be as strong as a Ox!
Goal (Long): My goals are all but normal. Well, for a female. I want to be a freakin' animal. My nickname since I was a kid was Boo Bear, that changed to Brenda Bear when I got older. But it was because I was cute and huggable when I was little and stuff. I still am a softy inside, but over the last week I have decided to give new meaning to my nickname. "Bear", that is it. A freakin' Bear. I am going to do it. I am increasing all intensity, if I know I am going to walk out of the gym with regret knowing I could of done better, then I am not leaving. My goal.....to make each work the best most intense one I have ever had. To push till you can't push, to pull till all muscles just quick. Yes, it will be hard, especially without a partner. But that is life. And my priorities have just changed. I am a bodybuilder, so #1 is bodybuilding. No more excuses. "shut up and train"
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My right shoulder, and it is off and on. I am stronger but the injury is annoying.
