Right now, I am just concerned with getting back into shape, coming off of a shoulder injury and two pulled back muscles (May).
Goal (Long):
Well, due to some injuries, blown shoulder & two pulled back muscles and was away from the weights for five months. My only concern right now is to get my mass back, I'm talking like 200-210lbs. at 11-13% bodyfat. I am shooting to be there around March 09. I started scheming and planning the last week of October. I am going to stick with basic compound lifts, light weight, moderate intensity, and focus on my nutrition plan. I was two weeks out from my first show when the injuries occurred, talking about feeling ****ty, but now I have my head back on and I want to compete sometime in Summer to Fall of 09.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
3.5%

You have nothing to worry about. Keep doing what you're doing. You'll be right on track.The guy below is pretty dead on about the diet. That's basically what I did up until 7 days out. Next time I carb up earlier though :-P Keep it up. I wanna see that pic of the trophy!!
