Hi sir, i have here new shock theraphy and it si delicious. But im kind a worry about the caffeine content here, coz i always drink coffe in the morning. Is it ok to drink coffe, and i just only take 1scoop of shock theraphy? Since
i combine it with protocol by genomyx for added endurance

Natural guy, from the picture you appear to powerlift with good form. I am a powerlifter wannabe with bad left rotor and elbow. But i've been using animal flex and fish oil and doing rehab for rotor.What do you sugest for a powerlifter beginner?
