I have always like working out but never stick with it. I dont have a problem with weight gain..I have to fight to keep on weight and I can only achieve that by working out and eating six meals a day.
Why I Love It:
I love how it makes me feel when my body starts changing. I love how my legs look in shorts and my butt looks in jeans. I dont feel depressed when I work out. I'm a different person when I work out...full of confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing that if I stick with it change will happen and I will be a much happier person. I use to be real skinny...I didnt have a butt or legs...seeing the results from weight lifting motivates me.
BB Accomplishments:
This summer I enjoyed my body the most..everything I wore looked good on me which in turn made me feel happy and that is a big accomplishment to me. Also, I inspired my 16 year old daughter to work out..now she's my work out partner.
Thank you for your reply. I would appreciate and regard it as an honor if you would consider putting me on your “members that inspire list.” I am trying to work my way up the most inspirational ladder so that other amputees and people with handicaps can feel motivated and inspired to work out. So many handicapped people feel as though they can’t get into shape and I want them to know that they can.
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be. Keep up the great work. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. You are a great inspiration to so many others.
