Starting working out as a teenager to get bigger for football. My dad got me one of those weider barbell sets with the rubber plates and a basic workout bench.
Why I Love It:
I love challenging my self and reaching what others think is impossible naturally. I also love the support and encouragement I get from my trainer/wife to help keep me pushing forward to reach for higher heights.
How I Stay Motivated:
Going to bodybuilding shows, competing, watching motivational movies, listening to motivational speakers.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Pulldown behind the neck. Not only for the effects on the rotator cuff but also because I witnessed someone doing these and the pulley broke and the bar hit them in the head and knocked them out.
