How I Started:
I have been very active all my life. I competed in your normal sports in high school, and then competed in Track & Field in college. I have been REALLY slacking in my working out and staying in shape ever since I graduated college and stopped competing in track. It's about time I get back into this!
Why I Love It:
I feel like a new person after a work out. Nothing is more invigorating than knowing you just pushed your body to its limit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Do you ever feel like you have limitless potential, but you never seem to live up to it? That is how I feel every day! I feel like I have the potential to be all-world at whatever I attempt. I am not trying to be cocky, and I am not the type to ever flaunt anything. However, I feel like I have never given 100% of myself to anything in my life! I feel like I have given everything about 65% in my life, and have had small success's doing that. Therefore all I ever do is 65%. I want to know what I can do with my life if I were to give something 110%!!! And that my friends if my motivation: What are my limits if I give it 110%?!
