Had a bench set at home when I was 15. 2008 is the year I really began. I decided it was time to change my lifestyle, and be healthy.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't have a problem with it, unless it's sounds really weird.. I find myself grunting once in a while, but it's really rare.

Well I injured partially tore my pectoral back at the end of May.  Intially, I didn't notice any significant visually cues that would indicate an injury.  After a little over two months of trying to heal, an indentation and blackness is visible at the site of the injury.  I'm still hurting,...
