Had a bench set at home when I was 15. 2008 is the year I really began. I decided it was time to change my lifestyle, and be healthy.
Why I Love It:

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't have a problem with it, unless it's sounds really weird.. I find myself grunting once in a while, but it's really rare.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Basketball shorts, Short sleeve shirt, and compression shorts. Usually wear basketball shoes. I always used to play basketball when I was younger so I like wearing them when I train. I'll run and do cardio with them. Overall just an outfit that keeps me cool and comfortable. Well I injured partially tore my pectoral back at the end of May. Intially, I didn't notice any significant visually cues that would indicate an injury. After a little over two months of trying to heal, an indentation and blackness is visible at the site of the injury. I'm still hurting,...
