How I Started:
While i was in high school i played football (lineman). so i lifted in my spare time. this led to goin to the local gym after practice and now its all i do besides eating and shitting.
Why I Love It:
I get pissed off alot and sometimes i take it outon the wrong people so when i feel pissed i hit the iron.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set my goals and when i reach one i dont stop and i say im done, i keep setting goal after goal.
BB Accomplishments:
1.) lost 30lbs.2.) leg pressed 750 4 full reps.
